Sally Davidson

Sally Davidson is a Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Nurse Coach, Inner Alignment Coach, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Certified Shamanic Reiki Master with over 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare.

Her work bridges Eastern and Western medicine, grounded in the belief that we embody our own medicine. Sally’s path into this work emerged through her own healing journey with anxiety, where embodiment-based practices, including breathwork, yoga, meditation, somatic work, and soul retrieval, supported deep nervous system regulation, the release of long-held patterns, and a profound reconnection to her heart and inner wisdom.

Drawing from both clinical expertise and lived experience, Sally believes true healing requires an integrated and self-responsible approach. Today, she creates safe, spacious, and deeply transformative experiences through retreats, breathwork, and embodied practices, guiding women into inner alignment, self-trust, and a more grounded, authentic way of living and leading.

Christy Studant

Christy’s path started in the beautiful realm of the physical body, being a Physical Therapist Assistant. She incorporated all her talents from Pilates and the fitness industry of 25 years into her practice.

Blending her spiritual practice of Yoga as a 500-hour CYT and her passion for helping people live mindfully, she created and opened Mindful Movements Yoga and Pilates studio. A wellness center that encapsulated all elements of healing, connection, fitness, and wellness.

As an entrepreneur, she dove deeper into her next endeavor wanting to help people live their purpose (dharma), passion, and radiant health as an Ayurveda practitioner. Creator and Owner of Live Powerfully, LLC she is able to work with people on a deeper level of healing, empowering them to understand the truth of who they are, what is possible, and live their life to the fullest.

Christy’s lead is only because she has been led by others and most importantly the divine. Her journey has landed her in what she says is her “awakened” state of life. Certified in the Inner Alignment Soul Retrieval for healing childhood Trauma, Coach, Christy’s passion and purpose continue to help people who suffer from fear, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck in their body and in their life.

We begin each morning with breath + gentle movement in the open-air yoga shala overlooking the sea.

All-Day Private Boat Tour (Signature Experience)

One of the most unforgettable parts of this retreat:
A private, all-day boat tour where we embrace the sea fully, visiting secluded beaches only accessible by boat.

We’ll swim, rest, sun, laugh, and let the water soften what you’ve been carrying.

We will stop at a  local village,and have lunch

(on your own) soaking up true Greek culture and slow living.

You’ll be staying in a private retreat villa in Lefkada, Greece.

All meals are included and prepared by a private chef, with food designed to support:

Shared rooms are intentional here, because this retreat is about belonging and community.
